All school families should be in active fellowship with a Bible-believing church.
King’s has a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of sex, race, national and ethnic origin.
Students entering grades 6 - 8 must be able to give a clear testimony of faith in Christ and must indicate a desire to attend the school.
To be considered for admission to our Middle School, at least one parent of the student must be able to provide a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior.
Prospective Kindergarten students must be five years old by October 1, of the school year.
Prospective students must fit the educational capabilities of the school.
With the aid of a Basic Skills teacher, we are able to help a limited number of students with academic difficulties, but we are not equipped for Special Education.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS?
Submit an application form accompanied by the fee.
Give a pastor’s recommendation form to your pastor for 6 - 8th grade.
Provide recent report cards and achievement test results.
For Kindergarten, provide a copy of birth certificate and immunization records. Submit completed physical form.
Schedule a parent interview and a student entrance testing appointment. For Kindergarten, this is a developmental evaluation; for 1 - 8th grades, the test is an academic evaluation for placement. A student interview is also required for 6 - 8th grade.
Sign the Parental Agreement.
Submit transportation, emergency and registration forms.
Arrange a transfer of student records from previous school.
